Fabrication

All welding will be performed by qualified TPI-approved welders.
Items shall be fabricated as per your approved drawings.

Inspection & Testing

QAP shall be submitted for your approval.
All weld joints shall be 100% DP tested.
Pre-despatch inspection shall be carried out at our Bhiwandi Works.

Exclusions

Counter flanges, gaskets & fasteners for open nozzles.
Erection, commissioning and insulation.
Instrumentation.

Delivery Period	4 to 6 weeks after receipt of technically & commercially clear Purchase Order.
Payment Terms	30% advance along with Purchase Order. 70% against proforma invoice before despatch.
Transit Insurance	To be borne and arranged by you on our intimation.
Offer Validity	15 days from the date of offer.
Warranty / Guarantee	Guarantee against defective material and workmanship for 12 months from date of despatch.
